We have done both pregnancy monitoring and c-section delivery with Dr Low and it was a great experience throughout. She is attentive and approachable, responded to my concerns within a few hours during the pregnancy despite having a busy schedule.

She made my pregnancy journey pleasant and truly memorable. She cared not only for our little one, but also for me and my partner throughout the entire process. Dr. Low was always reachable, incredibly empathetic, and helped make the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. She genuinely cares about her patients and excels at her job. For example, since my family has a strong history of diabetes, she gave me thorough advice on how to avoid gestational diabetes. Thanks to her guidance, not only did I avoid diabetes, but I also gained a healthy amount of pregnancy weight — and even weighed less after delivery than I did when I first saw her! This is just one example of her attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring the health of the whole family. I truly felt that she cared about me and my partner just as much as she cared about the baby.
I had my C-section this week, and despite the initial fears and the recovery pain, I would gladly go through it all again if Dr. Shan Low were by my side. She is every bit as amazing as all the glowing reviews say!

I joined Dr. Low’s care from week 20. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Low was very responsive and professional from start to finish. She replied to my questions/messages very timely even on weekends or late in the evening. Every appointment with her was an enjoyable conversation and she always put me at ease. She also sent me very detailed notes on what were discussed during each consultation and the notes were very helpful for me to go back and refer to her advice. My contraction started 2 days earlier than my planned C section date and Dr. Low reacted very quickly to arrange my emergency C section and my baby was born just 4 hours after I messaged her about my contractions. The procedure went very well and I’m happy with the speed of my recovery. I would definitely come back to Dr Low for future pregnancy and would highly recommend Dr. Low to any friends or family.

Becoming a first-time mum is never easy — especially with a needle and pain phobia — but Dr Low provided the reassurance, encouragement, and expertise I needed every step of the way.
